I found two kittens and called all the vets in the surrounding area for them to be seen. They were able to squeeze us in the next day unlike everyone else who wanted to wait a week or longer. We had zero wait when we arrived. We were seen immediately. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Prices were very reasonable. I will definitely continue bringing my kitties to East Suburban! It was a wonderful experience and their hours are great for working mommies of fur babies. Thank you for the excellent care!

I’ve brought my shepherd lab mix, Matilda, there for many years. The entire staff is warm, friendly, extremely competent, and sincerely care. Matilda recently had her second surgery with Dr. Yeloushan and I was comforted in knowing that she was in highly intelligent, skilled hands and would receive the best care possible from everyone.

Yesterday, I took my puppy in for her first appointment. The facility was clean and the staff could not have possibly been more inviting or friendly! I have a very very shy puppy and every single staff member we encountered could not possibly have done more to try to put her at ease or make us feel more comfortable. We have been to a number of vets and this hospital is an absolute cut above the rest. Superb! They care for your animal like he/she is their own. Every single one of the employees there have a compassion, collect, and intellect for animals that makes you confident as an owner that they do all that they can. 100 percent recommend this vet to anyone with an animal. Our dog developed a life threatening disorder. The team was able to squeeze him in at any point during the day or night when we were concerned. Staying after hours….staying with him during this overnight…giving us updates during every hour. They were always there to help. They were all there for us in every single aspect.

I have been taking my dogs to East Suburban Animal Hospital for over 30 years and always had very good experiences. The staff is always very helpful and concerned about any problems my dogs would have. Last week my grand dog, a Great Dane, came down with bloat and torsion. Omar had emergency surgery. The vets and the techs worked into the night to save Omar. The dedication they show is amazing. Omar is alive and recuperating and is expected to make a full recovery.

In all the years that I have been a patient with East Suburban Animal Hospital we met the gem of all gems on Wednesday June 18th when Ranae was our Vet Tech I have never left a visit with any of my dogs feeling more at ease. Ranae was kind, considerate, explained in details the medication, how to dispense it, explained why it was being dispensed the way it was, when I told her Simon would not eat cottage cheese she came up with another solution of trying the Prescription I/D diet canned food instead. Since my husband brought Simon and I was on my way back to work Ranae even gave Simon the first dose of pills so my husband (who is not able to do this) wouldn’t have to worry. I have an Explosive Detection Canine (EDC) and the care Tasha receives is crucial to her performance at work. The office manager is a great person, who bent over backwards to accommodate us when we were relocating from New York, the receptionist is not only very nice; but extremely helpful, and the doctors answer all my questions and treat Tasha very well. I have been going to ESAH since 2002 and every time I bring one of my pets in, I am overwhelmed by the care my girls have received. The staff is WONDERFUL, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. It has been 37 years, since first meeting Dr. Caslow. My family dog was Dr. Caslow’s 3rd client when he first started out on Route 22 in Murrysville. Dr. Caslow is the most caring Vet we have ever come across. He is thorough and his staff is excellent. All my dogs, have always trusted him. I trust him. When I had to put my dogs to sleep, I was always given time alone with them to cry and to come to terms with their deaths. Thank you East Suburban Animal Hospital for all you do for the community. Well, my cats are seeing the finest (and my favorite) vet, Dr. Charles Yeloushan, who I highly recommend to everyone! Dr. Yeloushan has been caring for my cats for the past 8+ years. I have one cat with multiple health issues so we him quite often. So my experience with veterinary care is already the absolute best as far as I am concerned! The technicians are the very best and are always ready to answer questions or teach the correct way to administer medications to my cats. They are so very kind to all my cats and treat them very gently. Again, I don't see how, in my personal experience, it could be improved upon! ESAH seems to have a knack for finding the highest quality people to work for them. From Check-In to Check-Out I have been extremely happy with the care my cats have received at ESAH for almost 23 years.
