“The staff is caring and professional. When I arrived for a routine appointment with my cat, a woman burst inside with her dog who had been severely mauled by another dog. The staff sprang into action and whisked them all to a treatment room. My vet took over this crisis but the staff accommodated me with only a minor delay by assigning me to another vet whom I’ve seen before and is also caring and very knowledgeable.”
